Seeking people who want to make a positive impact in the lives of others! Desirable candidates are flexible with providing cares and maintain routines, and are able to adapt to change easily. Applicants must be interested in building relationships with the people we support, and proactive in engaging others in their home & community. This is a fast-paced environment, there's always activity going on; during any down-time, staff must be able to stay busy and step up when they see a need. Attention to details is very important in this position. The ideal candidate can work independently, exercise good judgement, are compassionate, positive & great team members!
Community Living Connections is a local, non-profit agency which supports individuals to live their best life in their own home and in their community. CLC was proud to expand services into the Platteville community in 2019.

Position Details
$250 Sign-On Bonus
Job Title: Supported Living Staff
Part-Time staff earn $16.00/hour
The Supported Living Staff reports to the Community Support Manager, and the Division Manager
Openings located in the community of Platteville, WI - with local travel.

Position Requirements
Previous experience not required - we provide extensive paid training!
Desirable candidates can work independently, exercise good judgement, are compassionate, positive & great team members!
Must be willing to learn how to support others in their daily lives, including providing hands-on support & personal cares
Must be 18 years or older to apply
Must have an acceptable background
A WI Drivers License, an acceptable driving record, is required.
Access to a vehicle in good working condition and proof of appropriate level of insurance preferred.
All employees are required to proficiently read, speak, and understand English
